Thank you for your interest in having SRF Reindeer at your next event! Please review the below requirements that are needed to prepare for your special reindeer visit. All reservation requests can be sent to reservations@srfreindeer.com.

Event Requirements:
- 15′ x 15′ Hard surface area ( concrete or pavement ) for Reindeer
- Available parking for both truck and Reindeer trailer
- A state inspection is required for all the event locations prior to the event date for permits. We will require the direct contact information for the individual who will be able to be on site to meet the inspector for this inspection.
- A $300 retainer fee will be required upon scheduling to save the specific date being requested, as dates fill up quickly around the Christmas Season. If the event is cancelled by the host and we are unable to rebook another event for that date, the retainer fee will be lost.
